Hot item in the 1960's and still a perfect dining area pendant today. The AJ Royal was, at least in Holland, one of the most popular midcentury modern lamps in the 1960's. Perfect pendant for over a dining table. Gives an intimate shining since it is closed with the light going downwards, but also gives a nice soft upward spread of the light due to the top.  This one is in a very good vintage condition with minor loss of paint on the edges. The wiring has a steel cable inside to help carry the weight of the pendant.
