This elegant ceiling lamp or flushmount was made by the Dutch lamp manufacturer Dijkstra in the 1960's/1970's. It has a hand blown smoked glass lampshade. Because of its shape it is often called 'druppel' or in English 'Drop'/ 'Droplet'. The round brass colored aluminum ceiling mount has a conical tube as a light fixture. This lamp gives a very nice warm light and looks great with a head mirror light bulb. It is in a very good condition, with minor signs of age and use.
