Very nice hanging pendant by Heifetz from France. In the 1950's Rotaflex ARP was founded on initiative by Pierre Guariche, Joseph André Motte and Michel Mortier. ARP stood for Atelier de Recherches Plastiques. They came with the use of Cellulose Acetate to make lamps the looked like glass lamps, but wel in fact plastic. The use of material gives a very warm glow and the design is very elegant. This particular lamp is in a very nice condition.
