Very nice hanging pendant by Heifetz from France. In the 1950's Rotaflex ARP was founded on initiative by Pierre Guariche, Joseph André Motte and Michel Mortier. ARP stood for Atelier de Recherches Plastiques. They came with the use of Cellulose Acetate to make lamps the looked like glass lamps, but were in fact plastic. This lamp is a model that gives a very bright light due to the light color of the material used. We think the fixture to hold the lamp is not the original one, but nevertheless this is a very nice pendant.
