A fully original large 'Oyster' or F157 by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in a used condition. This is an early model from the late 1950's or early 1960's. The leather fabric is fully original and does have some strong patina. Great for photoshoots, industrial athmospheres and so on, or you could choose to have it re-upholstered by a fabric and colour of your choise (or have it repaired with leather laces). The foam, frame and shell are in a great and solid condition. The chair has the original label. The minimalistic frame makes the shell seem to float in the air. Who would say that this chair was designed in the 1950's?!
