This sofa is in a perfect and original condition. The webbing has been replaced with similar to original webbing and so this sofa is ready for years of comfortable seating. The oak construction is very solid with only minor signs of age and use. The fabric is original and in truly perfect condition as there has been a plaid cover on top of it. The sofa is marked with the manufacturers label.
