This is a beautiful organic design by Lisa Johansson-Pape for the Finnish lighting company Orno. This particular one is a red version in a good condition with some minor signs of age and use. We believe this piece might have been repainted in the red color, not entirely smooth. A design from the early 1950's and still timeless today. A true eye-catcher above the dining table!
