This stunning and quite rare adjustable wall lamp, model 'Royal', was designed for Gebrüder Cosack in Germany in the 1950's. The diabolo shade is white enameled in a 'shrink finish', mounted on a telescoping arm. The lamp can be pulled out from 100cm to 170cm. The wall piece has a push switch and a counterbalance to keep the cord nice and straight. This lamp is in a very good vintage condition with small signs of age and use and a lighter supervisial scratch on the shade, as pictured.
