The 'Weerballon' (weather balloon) was designed by Raak in the 1970's. As no cloud is the same to another, the 'weather balloons' are all unique. The lamp is hand made from cloudy opal to clear glass attached to a metal, brass coloured fixture. They give a beautiful light effect, especially with a carbon filament lamp. These lamps are in a very good condition with minor signs of age and use. One brass fixture is slightly lighter as the other two. Documented in the Raak catalogue no. 7, page 204.
