This very nice and highly collectable highboard, from the Japanese series, was designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe in 1958. The cabinet is made from teak veneer combined with two white lacquered dropdown doors, iconic black integrated handles and a minimalistic black metal base. There is a lot of storage place, with both teak and white lacquered shelves and a small blue and white compartment for paper mail that gives a playful effect. This cabinet has been superficially restored and polished. It is in a very good condition with minor signs of age and use.
