This stunning floor lamp, model 5353, was designed by Willem Hagoort for Hagoort Lamps in the 1960's. It has a metal tripod nickel base with wengé details and a metal inner shade with 1 upward light (150 W) and two downward lights ( 75 W) that is surrounded by a fabric shade. You can switch the direct and indirect light by the 2 drawstrings.  This lamp is in a very good condition, with minor signs of age and use. Documented in the Hagoort catalogue of 1977, page E2. We also have a second floor lamp available, that has white bulb holders and shows some more signs of age and use.
