This quite rare pendant was designed by the Finnish designer Svea Winkler for Orno in the 1960's. This is the georgeous 'louvre white' version and gives a beautiful light. It is labelled by Orno and in a good condition, with signs of age and use. Documented in the Stockmann-Orno lighting catalogue of  1966-1969 and the Indoor catalogue of 1967.
