This ceiling lamp was designed by Bent Karlby in Denmark in the 1960's. A lamp that is not often seen. It is made of satin opaline glass surrounded by a olive-yellow (RAL 1020) perforated metal edge that gives a beautiful and soft illumination. It has has 2 screw bulb holders. This lamp is documented in the Indoor catalogue of 1967. Indoor was the Dutch importer of high-end lighting pieces in the 1950's, 60's and later eras. It is in a very good condition with minor signs of age and use.
