He is known as a fine artist, musician, writer and he was also known for his visionary architectural work, known as 'New Babylon'. The last few years several exhibitions have been held in museums in the Netherlands on the work of Constant Nieuwenhuys , Cobra museum and Kunstmuseum Den Haag. The exhibition at the CoBrA museum showed two shelves, in yellow and red. Nieuwenhuys has made a few designs for interior items for the company of 't Spectrum and also for Asmeta. The book of 't Spectrum, by 010 publishers, shows this wall rack. The rack was made in a few different colors. Very rare and true collectors items or maybe even more so, museum pieces. Only sold as a set of 3. We also have a set of 3 'Delft'-small shelves available.
