This model '356' deskchair by W.H. Gispen has been re-upholstered in a bright red corduroy. Willem Hendrik Gispen designed this chair in 1937 and this specific model has been in production from 1938 until 1966. This red chair comes from the first owner who purchased it in the early 1950's. The chair is in excellent condition and with the new fillings and fabric it is ready for many more years to come.
